GENERAL DESCRIPTION
HL6206 is a high-quality melody IC fabricated by CMOS technology. Instead of using a power transistor in the external circuit, HL6206 includes a power transistor in the IC, and the IC can drive a speaker directly. There are 2 mode select pins and a trigger pin designed in circuit, which can perform six different operating modes, i.e., continuous mode, ON/OFF mode, trigger mode, retrigger mode, level-hold mode and one trigger play all song mode (one-time mode). In this IC these is an internal envelope circuit, and which can perform high quality melody without external capacitor. This IC consists of 1024 notes memory, with maximum of 32 songs.
