HL5332 (13.56MHz 12bits RFID Tag)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

HL5332 is a low power CMOS RF Identification device (RFID).  There are build-in power rectifier and data modulator for HL5332 to operate under RF magnetic field generated by Data Reader without external power supply.  HL5332 provides 12-bit data for user programming (A0-A3 transmission order chooses pin), which is selected by wire bonding.  HL5332 is suitable for application in the toy products, asset control and education.

APPLICATION CIRCUIT

Note: L1 and C1 must be tuned to the RF frequency generated by Data Reader.
※For best performance, the resonant capacitors(C1) must be used of NPO(C0G) type and under +/-2%
tolerance; And all PCB's antenna boards are used of FR-4 or compliant.
