HL5323 (13.56MHz 16bits RFID Tag)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

HL5323 is a low power CMOS RF Identification device (RFID).  There are built-in power rectifier and data modulator for HL5323 to operate under RF magnetic field generated by Data Reader without external power supply.  HL5323 provides 16-bit data for user programming.  HL5323 is suitable for application in the toy products, asset control and education.

APPLICATION CIRCUIT

Note: L1 and C1 must be tuned to the RF frequency generated by Data Reader.
※For best performance, the resonant capacitors(C1) must be used of NPO(C0G) type and under +/-2% tolerance; and all PCB's antenna boards are used of FR-4 or compliant.
