HL5319

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The HL5319 is a low cost single chip ToyID® Reader that support ToyID®16 reading and read/write both HL5313A and ISO/IEC 14443A tag.  The built-in 13.56 MHz driver circuit can transmit power and data to tags directly.  There are two separated amplifiers and antenna drivers.  Each of them provides sufficient gain to amplify the modulation signals transmitted by tags with a few external components for digital data demodulation circuit in HL5319 at the different data rate.  The antenna of HL5319 could be designed as two standalone or one push-pull pair type to enhance the driving power.  The serial data interface transmitter of HL5309A is used to receive command data from external controller and to transmit the responded data to the controller.

FEATURES

  • Built in 13.56MHz clock oscillator and drivers
  • Built in 2 analog amplifiers and antennal drivers
  • Support ToyID®16, HL5313A and ISO/IEC 14443A tag
  • Separate or Share antenna application is easily to handle different kinds of Tag Accessing
  • 2-wire serial interface
